Preview: After two very exciting Twenty20 matches, its the turn of the ODIs. Recently turned Test Champions and after a record chase in T20 cricket, India will be high in confidence. An interesting statement was said by Dhoni during the presentation ceremony of 1st T20 – “We tend to treat these T20s as warm up for the ODIs“. Well, after a slow start in the first match of the T20 series, India came back strongly to level the series.

Sri Lanka, on the other hand, having lost the test series won the 1st T20 but poor performance in the fielding department cost them the 2nd T20 (India were equally bad in the field or even worse). Initially watching both these teams in the field was pretty painful but by the end, it was total comedy out there. Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir were begging the Sri Lankans to run them out but the Lankans were very stubborn in refusing the request of Indian openers.

    I am a Pakistani lives in usa, this is a great website to watch our beloved sport of cricket and abut this match, great game of cricket…i think zaheer and ashish bowled their heartout they actually kept things under control in the death and thats what important , indian batsmen are always great but srilankans replied valiantly.
