England having one wicket down, they can’t afford any more silly mistakes where Ravi Bopara comes and plays one shot taking a single. Leaving one behind and on 3rd ball giving away his wicket puts England in very serious position at 17/2. A little before tea rain came pouring down where England finished off at 20/2. Then, play has been called off for the day. Rain might have saved England’s battle to save the game a little, but they face a huge challenge on the final day with, weather permitting, 98 overs available for Australia.
