Day 4 Preview: We are now on to the fourth day’s play, after seeing tremendous knock by Clarke who scored 83 runs and the unbeaten North at 54 puts Australia in very strong position with holding five wickets in hand. On Day 3, Anderson gave Australia a tough fight where he took two crucial wickets of Katich and Hussy. Ponting played an inning of 150 runs off 224 balls.
After being at the same position as they were on day 3 England needs to finish off Australia, they need is some early wickets before the rain comes tumbling down tomorrow. [Heavy rain forecast from mid afternoon (View it here).] Australia will start off Day 4 by adding runs to their target total for England. If the rain stays away we can watch some interesting cricket tomorrow.
